3 Dec. 19, 2021 Good app. No way to chat to customers via mobile or on the go. Needs to be intergrated with messenger or something because trying to rush on shopify to answer a customer after getting the email is too long.

2 Nov. 5, 2021 it doesnt work well. Julie from Support keeps opening messages, but never replies. No sound alerts, impossible to use it on mobiles and there is no help from Support :(

3 May 26, 2021 Beautiful app. The interface is wonderful....the customer service is great. However, there are some very important aspects of this chat program missing. For example, no app for the phone, the inability to apply store hours to the app, and the inability to allow different notifications for various different tasks (such as when a customer requests support). Keep up the good work. I am sure I will be back in the future.
