1 May 3, 2022 Not worth the problems and support is terrible. Ended up getting Shopify involved after a POD order came through my store. Customer submitted multiple images for 5 different customizable items (large order for me). CJ contacted me to request that I combine the jpg images into one file for each item. I was fully willing to do so. Tried clicking on images in my order dashboard but their app blocks that ability. CJ later instructed me to use their own order dashboard to download images. Their images were only 40x40 pixels so I had no control at that point. First they said they didn't have images at all, then they said they have them and won't combine files for me, now they are telling Shopify that they are waiting for the images from me altogether. After getting Shopify involved, no one from CJ is communicating with me anymore. Games.

1 April 26, 2022 I should have heeded the warnings in the reviews and stayed away from CJ, they are unprofessional and rarely answer questions in a respectable time frame. My store hasn't even launched yet and unfortunately for me, I put all my eggs in one basket, wasting my time with CJ as a drop shipping source. Almost ALL their products have no descriptions, no material information for jewelry, and when I ask for the details, I get no reply, or half the information requested. I can't understand all these 5 star reviews, but as one reviewer here said, they ask that you give them a good review. Check TrustPilot, same thing there. This company should be thoroughly investigated before using them. I lost almost two months of my time and fees for a description writing app and the cost of Shopify's plan. Time to find a reputable drop shipping source, if that's even possible. I did not do my due diligence and I'm paying the price, do yours and stay away from CJ. Update: To respond, I did give you several products to get descriptions for, at minimum what materials and size etc. and I never get a reply. The problem is, according to one of your agents who replied to me by email, you have nothing to do with the suppliers and they put the information up. I find it strange then that I can't contact the supplier directly, I can only contact CJ, why is that? I have about 80 products, do you want a list and you can give me details for each one?

1 April 2, 2022 i use the CJ droppshipping two weeks. I order like 20 orders... after 1 week i asked if the orders was send and then they told me that it was not in stock... I finde a nother factory on CJ befor i made my orders i asked if they have it on stock and they told me yes... after a few same thing happend. my custemors got realy mad for waithing extra 3 weeks almost because CJ are so unprofessional. 1 April 1, 2022 1) They're out of touch with their shipping center. They receive notice...often 2+ weeks after you order- that your items are oversized. Half the time they don't even reach out to you to let you know, until weeks go by and you haven't received your items yet. 2) When they are oversized, what you're charged one day differs from the next. You would think they would have shipping streamlined, so that you aren't constantly having to check up on your products to make sure they're moving along the pipeline. 3) Their "agents" are terrible at communication. They also do nothing to make sure screw-ups on their end aren't repeated. This is a big issue if you are trying to scale using them. 4) Products often arrived horribly filthy which tells me that CJ has no idea how to communicate proper packaging of products in my niche, even though they have a huge item selection in it. Sellers should meet a certain level of quality in the buying experience, and it seems like it's just any and every joe that wants to throw something in a box and sell it with no regards to how closely it resembles the pictures. 4) Lastly, packaging for transport is terrible. CJ again, has no standards for packaging to relay to sellers, so oftentimes things will arrive broken. 5) Their attempts at correcting their screw-ups are terrible. I ordered two vases which arrived broken and dirty. I then asked them to re-send the units, which they did, but asked for MORE MONEY to ship the SAME PRODUCTS. Just unprofessional. They do the bare minimum to ensure good business practices and are just ineffective at their service. Go elsewhere.

1 March 18, 2022 I am selling a product for 2 weeks and I just randomly was informed that this product isn’t available! None of the orders was sent out to customers. The inventory on the CJ’s product site says 80.0002 pieces are available which is obviously not true. I took a screenshot and wish I could upload it for proof!! Not only is communication beyond frustrating the worst part is that it damages my business. All the customers who ordered were excited to get their product but guess what … it is not even available. Customers will never come back to my store when their experience it as terrible as this. The whole process is very unprofessional. It should be possible to give 0 stars because 1 star is already too much!

1 March 16, 2022 I started using this app and thought great they have a USA warehouse. I am a new store and my first order with them and I try seems to be good until. I get a email saying that the product is not at the warehouse. So much for building trust with my customers and now I have t ok explain their inability to keep things updated. I will now have to take all their stuff off my store before it sells.

1 Feb. 27, 2022 This app is pure business destroyer. People! be very aware I feel sorry when I see new users leaving positive reviews because CJ agent told them so. This app have an evil strategy to put pressure on new users for positive reviews. This app focus on pleasing new users till they open their store and get sales that the hell starts. I've tried all my best to inform shopify about their tactics and gave screenshots, Shopify said it's horrible and they are invastigating. I had their agent adding me in whatsapp begging me to remove facebook post about not processed order ( I wish I can show you screenshots guys) He told me I'm depressed because you left a negative post. he told me I will give you coupons if you remove it ( he never did and he ignored my messages after I deleted my post) He begged me to leave good reviews on shopify, trustpilot, facebook ... etc PEOPLE do not work with CJ!! I challenge you to find 1 real succesful story of anyone who worked with CJ. You will never find a real story about anyone who made good money with them NEVER!!

1 Feb. 23, 2022 I just started using CJ a month ago, and I have to say, it has not been going well. I listed and successfully sourced a handful of products. Got many orders from my customers and was notified by my agent that half of the products were out of stock AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK of placing the order, even after they "successfully" sourced the items. Now, I have to refund hundreds of dollars to my customers. This was a problem I was trying to avoid when switching to CJ, but unfortunetely, it turned into more of a problem for my business. I had a better experience with AliExpress and Oberlo. I do not recommend CJ for dropshipping. I will now have to switch to a real sourcing agent to handle all of my orders.

1 Feb. 21, 2022 Embarrassing... I have 200+ items listed on my website from CJ - with my first 20 orders from customers almost EVERY order had an out of stock item. I was told it's normal and even when I am listing items they can't ensure items are in stock....They told me the "pieces in stock" numbers on their listings were a lie. THEN some of the items customers chose for exchanges ALSO were not available!!!! They said the best way is to purchase inventory but thats not TRUE dropshipping as their business name is "CJ DROPSHIPPING" I am so frustrated and disappointed. They say there's no way to update inventory daily but when this is your literal job...they need to find a way.

1 Feb. 15, 2022 TOTAL SCAM BE CAREFUL !! Be aware that all positive feedbacks here are FAKE. Before each order they send you a message asking to add a review on Shopify. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I paid for a big order and 40 days after it was not shipped. I asked why, and they told me I had to pay 100$ additional fees. And the following day they just blocked my account and stole my money. I never got a refund and never received what I have paid for. Hopefully, I opened many chargeback with my bank and they will soon be very surprised. My advice : NEVER BUY ON CJ !!! AT SOME POINT THEY WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY. There is a very good alternative : find an agent on Alibaba. It’s less expensive with better shipping fees and delays, and Alibaba will protect your money. Don’t trust feedback there, they are all FAKE and I reported this to Shopify.

1 Feb. 12, 2022 CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time! I have orders that have been in the "processing" stage since January 25th, today is February 12th!!!! I've been chatting with customer service every night for weeks, and each time I get a different reason as to why my orders haven't been mailed. My customers are starting to ask for refunds now. Every day I get at least two emails requesting refunds from customers. CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!

1 Feb. 4, 2022 ALERT! cjdropshipping tracks all sales orders and totals from your shopify store. If you're in the EU this is problematic. I was shocked to see my current sales totals from my store listed in the cjdropshipping account area. I can see if they just tracked the orders they processed this would be normal and nice to see. There is also no option to delete or remove your account, which is also problematic being in the EU.

2 Feb. 3, 2022 Firstly, CJ agents make all the users write 5-star reviews and mention their agent names. These are (90% of the total reviews) not authentic and are asked by CJ agents to put. Secondly, their communication is absolutely disastrous. Every time there is a problem, a new CJ rep joins the chat and makes you go through all the same steps. Moreover, one of them tells you to do one thing and another tells you to do the opposite. They made me invest thousands of euros into buying inventory before Chinese New Year. Then one of the reps said that I don't need to do anything; all orders will be deducted automatically from the inventory. However, 2 weeks later, all orders are processing and they said it's my fault because I didn't click "deduct from inventory". They asked me to cancel all my previous pending orders and make new ones. I cancelled all my previous orders, but there is no such option to "deduct from inventory", so all my customers think I scammed them and my Facebook ad account is being blocked as well as the Stripe and Paypal payment processors are flagging me for fraud. I lost all the money I ran on Facebook ads, payment processors held all my money and returned everything to customers and CJ made me invest in inventory, which has no way of accessing so more money is stuck there. Thirdly, they make fake promises. They promise that your problem is resolved, and after waiting for longer than they promised, you contact them again and they treat as if no complaint was ever made and they ask you all the same questions all over again and take the same steps again, and then they ask you to disconnect from the chat because they say they will handle it, and later when you try a third time, the same problem from square-one all over again. I wanted to give them 0 stars, but I'm giving 2 stars because if you are just trying to start a new product and wanna test it out, then it's okay. Although their processing time is super slow, 1 -2 weeks just process and not even start shipping, even when selecting extremely expensive DHL express method. But it you actually wanna do business, then probably best to stay away from CJ.

1 Dec. 15, 2021 I am SO angry with CJDropship. I joined them to ship from the United States. They lied. They ship from China. An agent told me this and said that I could buy inventory and have it stored in the United States, shipping would go faster. So I have three orders that I ordered from US Warehouses, and they said they were driving it go USPS. That was over a week ago. I cannot get into their site. When I pulled up the app, it says CJDropshipping has denied access. This is a scam. shopify should demand they refund my orders immediately. False advertising. Be very aware.

1 Dec. 11, 2021 The only reason I HAVE to use cjdropshipping is because AliExpress in banned in India. If you can use the latter however, don't mind switching, ever. You cannot talk to the manufacturers directly, and not all the agents available know what they're talking about. In fact, if you don't reply for 10 mins in chatbox because they told you to wait, conversation is closed automatically. It's pathetic really. The only reason the app has so many 5 star reviews is because every month agent asks you to write a review. They don't specify give 5 stars, but they do need screenshots so of course it feels weird sending screenshot to someone that bashes them. Everything is quite chaotic. The absolute worst part is that there are so many items on CJ that are out of stock or have just been stopped manufacturing. They still don't remove it from the platform. If you ask an agent prior, they might tell you that it's available (because like I said, not all of them know what they're talking about), and then after 8-9 days of the order being placed, they'll tell you that it's unavailable. It's been a headache. I wish AliExpress was available.

1 Dec. 9, 2021 This is a real review not fake like 99% of the other reviews. It has been 1 month since we started using this app , they could only deliver 1 order out of 16 orders. Orders are showing no progress since more than 5 weeks. Customers are calling us everyday and we have no explanation to make. They only create an electronic shipping label but they do not actually ship the items. Stay away from this company, It is not worth to lose your hard earned reputation!!!

1 Dec. 3, 2021 you know how you need to find a trustworthy supplier to not waste time micromanaging every single order? this company does the exact opposite. they work slow, aren't very capable and some agents are completely useless (won't reply to me in days). they constantly mess up and it's a nightmare to sort through everything so you're forced to provide refunds to your customers. they never take any accountability even when it's their mistake, i highly don't recommend this company to anyone.

1 Dec. 3, 2021 They start shipping your orders within the timeframe; then after you have a little bit of time with them, they start switching your 7-15 shipping method slowly (''which is the fastest they supposedly have'')to a 20 to 35 days in transit (several times longer or because of the long time, items get lost in transit often) They do it on their end even though you are paying for the same shipping method ''but you will not be able to do anything because they are still using '''''''''the supposed shipping method you paid for'''''''. Then you start getting a ton of messages from your customers asking for their orders. They WILL try to do anything and everything they can to avoid giving you a refund for orders placed and cancelled immediately, items damaged, etc. They start good so you can start using their app, but then later you will have all these issues and you will regret it.

1 Dec. 2, 2021 Terrible platform. I've been using them since June 2021. The inventory listed on the site is not real. I sold over 30 units of a product that they ended up not having (even though the inventory stated they had over 9,000). It took them over a week to let me know they wouldn't be able to source a viable replacement product so I found another supplier. I've been trying to get refunded for over a month now and they are still withholding 15% of my money. It wasn't easy to get the other 85% either, I've had to contact my agent every single day for the last 30 days. Bad products, slow shipping, and no accountability. I promise you'll regret it in the long run.

1 Nov. 26, 2021 Very poor service. Realistically speaking, only 35-40% of orders are delivered properly. When I say that, I mean: The process does not exceed 5-6 days. It is very long for the others. Also, it REGULARLY happens that after 10 days of processing they just say “Out of Stock”. Very bad for us, they cover themselves while we quarrel with customers and lose them, as our reputation declines. The other thing people need to know is that the Agent assigned to them by CJ can't help but look at the warrants, say what's going on, can he speed up the process? NO, it almost doesn't serve. And worst of all is when they write to you "This often happens in the DS" MA don't? And because you don't update your Stock products nicely, it says 40,000 in stock, and you say sold out. Funny and sad. To summarize: The processing is horrible. They always apologize and that's why only the customer service serves, to help in the right way? Hard They do not update the camp regularly. Everything that is written on the site is not true. They are only suitable for a start, later you have to get away from them or you will fail in the worst case.

1 Nov. 16, 2021 I used this app more than 2 month I did not like it. If you want to grow your e-commerce business do not work with CJ dropshiping. It is worth dropshiping. Because of them I lost customer's trust on my internet store. CJ Dropshiping not working properly, process of warehouse very slow, logistic is so bad all order delivered late. So at the end, I just want to say that I am wasting my time and have received many complaints from customers that reduce the growth potential of my online store.
