5 Dec. 30, 2021 We decided to switch our Customer Service platform due to a complicated pricing system (which resulted expensively) and somewhat lack of integration possibilities between our Shopify store and Whatsapp Business. I came across the website of DelightChat and the creators sounded familiar to me. Turns out I'm already using a similar Whatsapp application of theirs in all my stores. As I'm writing this review, we finally finished integrating all support Channels (E-mail, FB/IG, Whatsapp, Shopify stores) which took us a couple of days to do carefully. A summary of what I like about DelightChat so far: - E-commerce orientated, it shows up customers/order details and can send templates using the dynamic variables of the Shopify Data (Name, OrderID, tracking URL, etc.) - With the integration of our Support Emails, we finally have a one-stop Customer Support platform. For me as a store owner, this simplifies the overview of all tickets and enables us to better guide our support staff. - Fair and foremost SIMPLE pricing, also really important from my perspective :) - After the initial onboarding call, we directly created a Whatsapp Group and since then I had 24/7 support with the DC Team for integrations and all other questions. - They are open to feedback and looking for active cooperation in the platform development. When I addressed some improvements on User Experience (from my perspective), we directly organized a call and I will receive an update on this matter after their next team meeting. This gives me confidence that if our company needs some additional features, DC is there to support and fulfill this need. All the best and success for the team DelightChat

We've LOVED the ability to communicate in app about particular emails, issues our customers are having, etc. The quick replies are a life saver. It's a one-stop shop for us. We also love the bubble on the screen and the ability to input FAQ there for customers to utilize. The support is great too :)

We even use DelightChat for our social media replies. I love the team tagging feature that they have, it allows us to tag the chat to the right person without inconvenience to the customer. Would highly recommend this app.

5 Nov. 8, 2021 I've been using this for three months and it is excellent to manage customer emails. It keeps all correspondence together, integrates seamlessly with gmail, Shopify, facebook. A great user-defined tag management environment that is also colour coded, clear intuitive screen, customer Shopify data shown and fully accessible right there on the screen. Very handy and definitely increases my customer service.

2 Oct. 3, 2021 NOT RECOMMENDED to use this app for a couple of reasons: I am posting the review completely based on my testing before going live. Issue 1> I have tried chat via mobile, web version. I see sometimes chats are not syncing with the Admin panel. Like If I sent any message from mobile or web and checking in the admin panel then I am unable to see that message. I have to refresh the page to see the latest chat. Issue 2> When I navigated to check order status and looked at the order details once. After that, there is no way to come back to look for another order detail. Issue 3> It's fantastic that this app has mobile apps but there are sometimes messing with my chats. Like I see when I sent any message from the web then 4/10 times I didn't get a notification on my phone. Issue 4> Support is very slow, I have sent a message to the support team they have stated that they will get back to me in the next 8 hours and it has been more than 12 hours since no one from the support team reached out to me. They have also mentioned booking the time in calendly for issues or walkthrough but I am not feeling comfortable through calendly option. I think the app has the potential to grow but according to me, the app isn't stable yet. If you are serious about your business and customer support at this moment I would not recommend this app but when these issues get resolved I will definitely give one more shot to try.

4 July 14, 2021 There is only an android app so I cannot review that. There are some bugs. I tried connecting social media channels and it says they've successfully connected. However, when I sent a test message to our IG account it did not come through the DelightChat dashboard. The app has great potential and I cannot wait for the IOS app.

5 June 22, 2021 The Nestery is an Indian marketplace for children's and parenting products. With over 300+ vendors and a large customer base, we moved from Freshdesk to DelightChat in April, so we could have all members of our rapidly growing team on one system to address any queries from customers, vendors and all other stake holders. Working with DelightChat has been a really great experience. Whatever initial hiccups we experienced were immediately sorted by Sankalp and Preetam's team. What we like: 1. Widget on website - Has made customer support more visible and accessible to our customers. 2. Inbuilt Fast replies and Shopify syncing - They sync with Shopify seamlessly and have inbuilt replies with dynamic fields for a lot of the repetitive queries that a customer tends to have in Ecommerce (Where is my order?!). 3. Costing is not per user and hence, more economical for small businesses who are scaling up. What we are hoping to see in their next update: 1. A hyperlink that we can share to the widget for queries on channels like Insta DMS, which does not yet link to DC 2. Insta DM integration (coming by June end from what I hear). Biggest plus of all - Their team is super responsive and easy to access on Whatsapp. Thank you Sankalp and Preetam for building this, and making life simpler for us at The Nestery! :)

5 June 18, 2021 We started using DelightChat to have a multi-channel team inbox to manage every customer query as best as we could. The app has a clean UI. It literally took 15 minutes to be up and running after integrating Email, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger & comments and Instagram comments. We have received prompt responses, on-point clarifications and great support! Also, we have a clear understanding of the roadmap of features they are going to be releasing - which helps us plan better. Our Proprietor was jumping in joy when we walked her through the team inbox and statistics screens. Definitely recommend for businesses with more than one person handling customer service.

5 June 16, 2021 One word for DelightChat, Game Changer. Absolutely focussing on providing the best customer experience with literally the most seamless & user friendly UI we have seen yet. We currently handle over 3k orders daily and we have tried almost every customer support tool out there but we wanted something custom suited to our operations and to handle the high volume of tickets across multiple channels and that is where these guys stepped in. The team is very agile and the most amazing part is, whenever there is a blocker, their whole team steps in and solves it almost instantly. We cannot thank the DC team enough for introducing such a wonderful tool out there.

Our team was struggling earlier with multiple business numbers causing confusion and having felt a lack of control over client relations with our team, we knew we had to do something about it. Enter - Delight Chat. Delight Chat helped streamline our communications and provide our customers with great service. The Delight Chat team is super responsive and are able to solve issues pretty quickly. If you're trying to provide your customers with great support at a reasonable price, this is a must-have.
