Create custom forms that can be used as a contact us form or as a basic customer support ticket system.

• message notification at the top of the history page
• on the history page they can review messages from you
• a page to add messages/files to the forms that they submitted to you

File Uploads

• 100mb of files can be uploaded per submitted form

Limits

• create unlimited custom forms
• customers can submit unlimited forms
• Files are not stored forever; the chosen plan determines when the file is auto deleted.

• Most of the pages used by your customers are displayed inside your theme
