We want this to be as easy as possible for you, so you can either: Have our professionals install the code (Free of charge) or Have someone else with minimal coding experience place the code on your site.

The Process for Consumers
At checkout customers will see the option to add shipping protection to their order, for a small percentage of cart value.
When checkout is complete the necessary order info is pulled into our dashboard and a brief email is sent to the customer providing instructions for submitting an claim along with a link to the claims page on our website.
When customers experience order issues, they simply follow the link to our site and file a claim by submitting their email and order number. Our support team is standing by ready to work with them, committed to getting a resolution by way of a replacement order in 24hrs or less. In the meantime, you and your team can stay focused on filling orders!
