Let’s reduce our impact. Each year, 5 billion pounds of waste is generated through returns. A significant portion of that ends up in our oceans.
Returns are (mostly) avoidable. Consumers have been trained to not think about their purchases as final. We want to help reverse that.
Returns are bad for profit. A large portion of them aren’t re-sellable. Until now, this has been an accepted loss in retail. Let’s fix that.
